Paul Casaudoumecq graduated from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco. Mr. Casaudoumecq graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 with a Bachelor's of Arts in English. After receiving one of the few perfect scores in the Nation on the Law School Aptitude Test, (LSAT), he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1990.

Mr. Casaudoumecq performed his internship as a Law Clerk for the United States Federal District Courts, Eastern District of California in 1989 and 1990. Mr. Casaudoumecq worked closely with United States Federal Magistrate Donald Pitts at the Federal Courthouse in Yosemite National Park, with a jurisdictional responsibility for all contiguous Federal Lands such as Military installations , National Parks and National Forests for hundreds of miles to the north and south of the Park.

Thereafter, Mr. Casaudoumecq worked for the firm of Morgan, Wenzel & McNicholas, a premier Southern California Firm containing two attorneys listed in America's Top 100 Attorneys. Mr. Casaudoumecq specialized in defending Municipalities in general liability and contractual indemnity cases with an emphasis on high profile transportation cases. Mr. Casaudoumecq worked in depth with city Police Departments, City Detectives, Traffic Engineers and Risk Managers to coordinate the defenses of each municipal entity. During these years Mr. Casaudoumecq defended the cities of Irvine, Costa Mesa and Westminster and also had a chance to defend a variety of large corporations such as Neiman Marcus, and Liberty Mutual Insurance in Labor cases and complex Indemnity cases respectively.

In 1995, after the dissolution of the Morgan firm, Mr. Casaudoumecq joined Neal, Haushalter and O'Neill a civil defense firm in Irvine, California. During his time there, Mr. Casaudoumecq specialized in defending Developers, General Contractors and Sub-Contractors in complex multi-party Construction Defect cases and Contractual Indemnity cases. During this period, he defended such entities as MCA- Universal Studios, the Disney Co., The Port and City of Los Angeles, Sunland Housing, Inc., Costco and the world's largest General Contractor - Turner Construction.

In 1999, Mr. Casaudoumecq opened his own firm in Newport Beach, California, specializing in complex multi-party Construction Defect Litigation, multi-party Mold/Environmental Tort litigation and Corporate Civil Defense. Mr. Casaudoumecq has advised clients locally and abroad. He has traveled to over 40 countries and has participated in seminars and client meetings from London to Sydney to Barcelona and many places in between.

Mr. Casaudoumecq is licensed to practice before all of the state courts in California including the Supreme Court. He is licensed to practice before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is the largest of all the 13 Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal including the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Federal District Courts of California, including the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts. Mr. Casaudoumecq is a member of the following Professional associations:

Mr. Casaudoumecq was raised in Marin County and lived exclusively in Northern California prior to his matriculation from the University of California. He is an Eagle Scout and a long time supporter of the scouting movement having given hundreds of hours of time and energy to their youth camps. Mr. Casaudoumecq has also worked with and contributed to the following local charities:

Mr. Casaudoumecq is one of the younger members ever admitted to Orange County's Premier Business Organization, The Pacific Club. He has been a member for 15 of the Club's 24 years.

In his free time, Mr. Casaudoumecq enjoys mountaineering and skiing/snowboarding and research of California history in his spare time. He has climbed and explored The Himalayas of Nepal, the French and Swiss Alps, the Canadian Rockies and his local territory in the Sierra Nevada.
